Welcome to Lunabix. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lunabix mobile application ("App") operated by Lunabix ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Lunabix, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Lunabix is an astrology application that provides:
You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete birth information. The quality of astrological insights depends on the accuracy of the data you provide.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Lunabix offers both free and premium features. Premium features require an active subscription.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment processing are handled by the respective app store.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.
Astrological reports and insights generated by Lunabix are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Lunabix does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on content generated by the App.
While we strive to provide meaningful insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Astrological interpretations are subjective and should be treated as such.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Lunabix and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Any content you provide (e.g., birth details, profile information) remains yours. By providing it, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunabix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
Upon termination:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via push notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
